Pomonas Universal Pectin - Used to make jams and jellies, cooked or uncooked, using any amount of honey, sugar, artificial sweetener or no sugar, just pure fruit. Made from citrus peels and pulp. Jelling is activated by the calcium present in most fruits, not by sugar content. Makes thick jams and jellies with rich full fruity flavor. Contains a separate portion of monocalcium phosphate for use with fruits low in calcium. Makes about 20 cups per box.
