- Malabar Climbing Spinach quickly grows 20 to 30" tall with large, flat, bright green leaves.
- Grows best in warm conditions with plenty of moisture.
- Especially good when shredded and added to chicken broth with ginger and tofu. Can build a salad around these leaves.
Planting Directions: Sow seeds in spring after danger of frost has passed and soil temperatures have reached a minimum of 50°, optimum is 70°. Sow seed 1/4” deep in well prepared soil amended with rich compost and a general garden fertilizer. Plant along fence or use supports for climbing vines. Thrives during warm weather. Growth will slow in cooler weather.
