Four Color Mix Larkspur one of the earliest and most striking summer flowers. Basal branching, dense spikes of double flowers. Excellent cutting and drying. Choose single colors or our four color mix. A late fall sowing produces the earliest flowers.
Planting Directions: Sow seed indoors 6 to 8 weeks before transplanting to the garden. Start seed in sterile seed starting mix. Just cover the seed, moisten the mix, place seed tray in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 2 weeks. Remove and provide darkness with soil temperature of 50? to 55?. Space plants 8 to 10 inches apart in full sun, fertile, well drained soil. Transplant in early spring when soil is still cool. Direct sow seed in fertile soil in early fall or early spring.
