Pumila Cut and Come Again Zinnia, traditional mixed colors. The 2 1/2 fully double flowers are borne on strong stems. Colors are canary yellow, rose pink, salmon, scarlet, white, and tangerine. Makes a show. Blooms from mid-summer to frost. Cut flowers.
Planting Directions:. Plant seed outdoors in a well prepared, sunny area after all danger of frost is past and soil has warmed to at least 70?. Seed may also be started indoors 4-6 weeks before transplanting to the garden later. Plant seed 1/4:” deep with soil temperatures of 70?. Once seedlings are showing, reduce temperature to 60?. Plants will be sturdier if grown at this lower temperature until time to transplant outdoors. Thin or transplant when seedlings reach 2” tall spacing plants at least 10” apart.. Zinnias prefer warm weather, rich soil and full sun.
