We began offering Clear-Jel in our retail shop at the request of local home economists who had recipes but no supplier. Popular, easy to use thickener for pies, sauces and fruit desserts. Recipe sheet is enclosed with each order. This modified cornstarch maintains consistency after freezing and baking. Use 5 Tbsps. for an average fruit pie. Clear Jel Instant is used for uncooked fillings or desserts. A small amount is good in a smoothie. Has a long shelf life stored in a sealed container in your cupboard. NON GMO
